The Terrace, a dedicated memory care unit within Seminole Shores, serves residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Staff in this unit are specially trained to work with memory-impaired residents and maintain a modified environment designed to reduce stress and confusion while supporting residents' autonomy in daily tasks.

The community is located near local shopping, medical centers, churches, and parks. Residents are welcome to bring small dogs, cats, birds, and fish; guest pets are also permitted when properly restrained. Staff may provide pet care assistance for residents unable to manage their pets independently for an established fee. Monthly scheduled activities include on-site programs and off-site outings, as well as opportunities to garden in raised flowerbeds.
