This nursing home is the absolute worst!!!! My family member was neglected. He was with held from his pain medicine for quite a long time due to a mis handling of paper work on this facility’s part. He was and is very ill with cancer and receiving radiation. His medications were left on his tray for him to take on his own and some were knocked on the floor that my mother later found. I think that there is very little staff support. Management and care are definitely not a priority at this facility. I’m sure there are great people that work here but I do not advise bringing your loved one to this facility!!!! The social workers were very nice to my mother and I do appreciate that but unfortunately not enough to make a difference with medical staff

I have been here for 2 months. I am not willing at this point and time to post all of the negatives. The two issues I have right now that I am willing to discuss is the lack of comfort from not having adequate Air Conditioning and piss poor internet access. I am not going to go into details on other issues. (I don't need to piss off the people in charge of my care.) It was getting so hot that I purchased a portable A/C with delivery (330$) only to be told by staff I could not have it. You can draw your own conclusions. If or when I decide to air my grievances it wont be here...

My brother in law has been at Knollview for four week. Could not ask for better care. The staff is fabulous, can’t say enough great things about all of them. Also his progress is absolutely amazing. Would recommended them to anyone.

You get treated well here and you definitely get fed good. The staff is really good with you too. Therapy is good too. The administration team listens well they resolved problems and listen to concerns.

I too as the other person who reviewed this facility would love to give a bottom pit rating of this place! Unfortunately a person is not able to "review" the facility unless you give them a star. Terrible does not even come close to how dreadful this home treats patients. My mother was not only treated deplorably but was left on a bedpan for over an hour on numerous occasions and when we finally found a different respite care for her we were told by her doctor she had one of the worse cases of e coli they had ever seen! My mom was so ill when she left we almost had to hospitalize her. I was told the therapy was some of the best around which was so not the truth. Be an advocate for you loved one and do your research about this place. Do not have anyone you know or love stay at this facility!
