My Family and I couldn't be more grateful for the care our mother has received here. From the moment she Arrived, the staff made her feel comfortable, respected, and truly at home. The nurses are attentive and compassionate, always taking the time to explain things clearly and check in on her needs. What really stands out is how personal the care feels. Staff members know residents by name and treat them like family, not just patients. the facility itself is always clean, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere.

the nurse on morning shift for 100 hall is horrible! He treats the Aides on that hallway terribly and even raising his voice at them! And from what I over hear its always a simple miscommunication...no need for shouting and such! and when he speaks to residents he talks way to fast for my Aunt to understand what he's saying and he get irritated and walks away leaving her very confused, and when I go to ask questions he isnt even paying attention to what I am saying and keeps mumbling under his breath Disrespectful! That man needs to learn bedside manners and treat his staff and residents right! Other than that, the place is nice and the therapist, Aides and cleaning staff are amazing! Wonderful and thoughtful and kind

Do not take your loved one to this skilled nursing facility . My family member stayed there for 21 days and we had to move hin to another facility. When he lift, he had stage 3 pressure sores all over his body and legs , which was very serious. Our experience was extremely disappointng,

Had to make the tough decision to move my loved one into LTC 6 months ago. The staff made this transition so positive. From the private tour (toured many facilities) to the move day, they provided much support and patience. Once moved in, the nursing and admin staff have continued to be supportive and caring they've kept me informed which has given me the peace of mind I made the right decision in choosing Sedona Trace. Shout out to the Activities Manager, Gabby. She is a huge asset to the Sedona Trace facility. The residents absolutely love her, she is attentive, patient, caring, and makes all the activities fun! Gabby always goes above and beyond for both the residents and their families. Also, the ADON Jessica and Nurse Bertha have also been a godsend with my endless questions, as well.
