My mother passed away december 19th while on hospice care at this facility. The staff were amazing during her nearly 2 month stay. She had some real standouts like frankie, samantha, cassandra and they cared for her above and beyond what was necessary, including at the end coming in and talking to her and giving her hugs. She loved her staff and she was well liked by them i would recommend this facility and appreciate everything they did for her.

My brother in law is a high functioning patient and retired nurse’s aide. He said the food is good and is thankful for all the channels on his TV. He likes the staff and administrative staff are very friendly.

Some of the nurses and staff are very nice but that is about it. They left my mom in a chair for almost 2 hours before they even came in to check on her. She can't walk so she couldn't reach over for the call button or get back into bed. Took them another almost 2 hours another night to even come give her her pain meds after telling 3 people. Most of the staff should not be working in this kind of place if they aren't going to give the attention and care these people need. These people are NURSES, you take care of people for a living. LEARN how to be a nurse! Pay attention to how you are treating patients. Forgetting to give medications or not wearing gloves or using alcohol swabs to clean before shots is no acceptable. It is very irritating when my mom is alone that this happens. We've been trying to keep family members at all times with her since this keeps happening when we aren't around. Very disappointed.
