Sadly, myself or my loved one never made it to this property because some guy named B. Turnof decided to take me claiming he’s a “real person” after I text back STOP safely assuming it was an auto text sent by mistake especially after I’d just told another live person respectfully at this facility that things are on hold with my elderly loved one but we’d love for them to reach out in a few months as we expect things to be different in a way that’ll allow us to need such a facility at that time. Now, I get that things become a little “challenging” in the world of sales - I’ve been in similar roles myself, but word of advice/wisdom - the last thing you want to do is offend your potential customer before you can even introduce them to your business officially. Business / marketing / customer service 101. I’m grateful for the experience cause neither my loved one or anyone else I know will be recommended here as I’d hate for them to have the same poor experience.

A family member of mine died at this place they neglected her she had bed sores and bed bugs bites all over her! Please do NOT send your loved one here not only will they take all your money they neglect there patients

My family and I were in search of an environment that provided a family feel and mirrored a home like setting. We started our journey with Seaton in early March of 2024.<br>In complete transparency, it has taken my dad some time to get used to his new home. However, the staff does an amazing job in helping us all through the adjustment process. The nursing staff works hard to ensure they address his medical needs and communicate their concerns when needed. The med techs all work so hard in creating a bonding experience that builds trusting relationships that promote a healthy transition for your loved one.. Rachel, at the front desk always greets you with a warm hello and is willing to lend a listening ear when it comes to your loved one.<br>It’s not uncommon to spark a random conversation with the business office, the cleaning staff, or any other staff member while visiting your loved one. They truly take the time to get to know you and your family. While I always encourage family members to be constant advocates for their loved ones to aid in the introduction/ adjustment process for everyone.. Seaton has been very responsive in attempting to put forth efforts to understand the individual needs of their residents. As I previously mentioned, our stay here is rather new.
