Scottsdale Palms Assisted Living was highly recommended to us, and they were by far the most attractive option of the facilities we did investigate. Frankly, I am honestly not sure what we would have done without them.<br><br>Our need arose rather suddenly and left us quite little time to find a solution. Plus, our situation came with some uniquely difficult circumstances. By rights, they literally could have declined us. But they went well out of their way to make special accommodations for us; ever since, continuing to go far above and beyond any typical sort of levels in dedication to time, effort, and attention.<br><br>Their unwavering patience and understanding, with steadfast unconditional positive regard, is universal throughout all staff, management, ownership, and seems to rub off onto anybody else I happen to see there.<br><br>The facility is beautiful, and so is every soul on their team. I never could have wished for a better solution, and I could not even imagine being happier than I am about our experience with Scottsdale Palms Assisted Living.

For our family, Scottsdale Palms was literally a life saver at a very crucial time. My mom was at another senior facility for 2-3 years until her condition really started to deteriorate. She had some seizures which led to a hospital stay where they discovered at some point she had broken both hips. At this time she was already suffering from advanced alzheimers dementia. All together this was going to require a whole other level of care along with night staff to tend to her needs beyond normal business hours. Soon as mom moved into her room, she improved and continued to remain pretty stable for another few years. I attribute a lot of this to the fact that she really liked her caregivers and they seemed to really care for her as well. I would heartily recommend Scottsdale Palms as a consideration for your loved one.

Scottsdale Palms is a beautiful home, providing bright and spacious surroundings and meticulously kept grounds for its residents to enjoy. It is not institutional inside and provides beautiful outdoor space, which was important to our family when selecting a home for my father. He has received excellent care under the direction of Yvette and Mike, who are very accommodating and make a genuine effort to keep even the most difficult residents as content as possible. I highly recommend this home for anyone seeking a good home for their family members who have reached the point in life when assisted living care is required.

Scottsdale Palms Assisted Living is the very best. The owners and staff are very caring and loving. They take exceptional care of my sister. I live out of state and have had two sisters living there. Both are/were treated with respect and love. I can't imagine them being anywhere else.
