We went to visit family and it took forever for them to open the door. They also left our family member in soiled pants for 2 hours. Maybe you need to hire more personnel.

I would like to give a shout out for nurse, Laura at Schnepp Senior Care. Today I called to advocate for our Mother who was just moved from Alma Hospital to Schnepp's for rehab. We didn't feel our Mom, who has severe Dementia had proper safety measures put in place and had spoken to several nurses and Today I made a call to the nurses station and was told Laura would assist me. After speaking to Laura and Laura speaking to her supervisor, our requests for proper safety devices for our Mom were put into place. Thank you, Laura

The worst place to be at. I cried every night. All the nurses are rude, I would never recommend this place. They need shut down and licence revoked. Your stuck on a bed pan for "normally" a hour. They don't answer your call light for a hour. It's not that their busy at the time, they don't like me. I can't wait to get out of here.

To start with I will say the therapy department is amazing!!!! As far as the rest of the staff... they have no business working in the medical field!!! The "care" my mother received while here was absolutely atrocious, and I use the word care loosely....because there is very few individuals there that have any care, to give to the patients. One of the aides, Joslyn, actually lectured & degraded my mother because my mom needed help to get up so she could use the restroom....and had my mom just soiled herself due to not receiving the care she was there to get, she would of been left for hours to sit in her soiled depends....because we saw several patients there who unfortunately experienced that. The call lights at this facility should be obsolete because they either go unanswered or if someone actually comes in the patients room after 30 minutes or longer, of their call light being on....the staff act like the patient is a complete inconvenience to them. This facility should have their license revoked & be shut down.

July 2022. I am here for only rehab for 2 weeks. The occupational therapy and physical therapy staff are very good. The reason for two stars is for the poor nursing staff. There are only a few very good nurses and the rest are not up to par. There's been many times waited nearly an hour after hitting the button for someone to come in the room. Yes I understand they're busy and short staffed but when someone is in pain or has urine on themselves and in the bed it's a long wait. They were dispensing my medication incorrectly causing me to have extreme problems. They had on record that some of my medication was as needed when as directed it was three times per day. Being diabetic type 2 my glucose was not checked for the first two days I was here the night of the second day my glucose dropped down to 75. The food is okay but yet good the portions are very small. The water is terrible I had bottled water brought in so I could keep hydrated. I can't wait to get home yes no place like home.
