"We need to lower our expectations of care."-Administration.

If I could go lower I would. Administration is absolutely garbage. They allow caregivers to leave soiled clothes in open spaces not tied in a bag as required by California law. The messes left on and in the bathrooms after soiled incidents let alone the smell and habitable environment that would leave didn't bother them either. Residents have fall risk buttons to call in emergency. Ours broke and letters were given to residents, some are blind and or have memory care needs as mine do, no emails or calls to advocates. We happened to find the letter and they gave a phone number to call in case of an emergency, not 911. We have an independent fall risk necklace we LUCKILY had and used for the week they were broken. Administration refused to take Doctor and PACE prescribed care and requirements!

When we questioned the condition our residents were left in we were told "We need to lower our expectations of care."-Administration.

Lost 4 sets of linens. 6 pairs of pants and countless shirts. All labeled for my residents but still "lost". I cannot recommend anyone else more! Stay away. Your loved ones are not taken care of here. An advocate shouldn't have to be doing the work or making sure the work is done!

Our experience with Savant of Jurupa Valley was extremely disappointing. Both of my parents were residents here, and we ultimately made the difficult decision to move them out due to ongoing concerns about their care and safety.
The facility appeared to be consistently understaffed, which affected the quality of care they were able to provide. Communication was also very poor. We frequently sent messages with questions or concerns and often received no response at all.
There were multiple incidents where both of my parents fell while being assisted with transfers between their wheelchairs and a bed or another chair. This was very concerning, especially since they were supposed to be receiving assistance.
My mother's call pendant was broken and remained nonfunctional for a week, leaving her unable to call for help when she needed it. During that same period, she was left sitting in a soiled diaper for more than four hours before anyone attended to her. In addition, we observed that soiled linens were not handled according to proper protocols, raising concerns about hygiene and infection control.
Throughout our time at the facility, we raised our concerns with the executive team, including Mark, Liz, and Bree. Unfortunately, our messages often went unanswered, and our concerns were never meaningfully addressed. When we made the decision to move both of my parents out of Savant of Jurupa Valley, no one from the leadership team reached out to ask why we were leaving, discuss our concerns, or acknowledge the issues we had experienced. That lack of communication and accountability was deeply disappointing.
We understand that caregiving can be challenging, but families trust assisted living facilities to provide safe, attentive, and compassionate care. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at Savant of Jurupa Valley, and I cannot recommend this facility based on the care my parents received. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements for the well-being, dignity, and safety of its residents

Do your research before considering this place. This place is not somewhere you should put your loved ones. I was sold a lie. I wish I would have not put my loved one here. The staff is pretty much non existent or always in a bad mood when you do ask for help. Always walking down the hall making faces never friendly. The place always smells dirty like urine , and all of the residents never look clean or cared for unless their family is involved or checking in on them often. They take forever to answer call lights . They lose laundry and do not clean bathrooms good at all. Not to mention the mouse traps everywhere in the rooms. The only staff that made this place bearable was kitchen staff who were helpful during meals and Danielle from accounting who was always very sweet and kind as well as the woman shuttle driver. Supervisors in charge are a joke. I’m glad we got my loved one out of that nightmare. For what they were charging the residents you would think it would be a nice place to live not a rundown nightmare. Please do your research before placing your family here.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Savant Senior Living – Jurupa Valley. As a marketer with Home Instead, I visit many senior communities, and every time I come here, I’m genuinely impressed. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth—every single time I visit, the seniors look happy, engaged, and truly cared for, and that speaks volumes about the culture of this community. A huge shout-out to Charlene in sales. She is absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She makes families feel comfortable and supported during what can be a very emotional decision, and you can tell she truly has residents’ best interests at heart. I also want to recognize Sophia, who is always so helpful and consistently provides excellent service. She goes above and beyond, and her kindness and attentiveness never go unnoticed. It’s clear that this team truly cares, and it shows in the environment they create and the smiles on the residents’ faces. Savant Jurupa Valley is a beautiful example of what senior living should be, and I’m always happy to visit and collaborate with such an outstanding community.
