My husband was a patient twice within 50 days. The staff remembered us and was welcoming. PT and OT were dedicated to getting my husband up and about to the best of his ability. The nurses and CNA’s were very kind, helpful and concerned about my husband’s health and comfort. I dealt with the administration which was very professional and willing to do what we needed for my husband. I appreciate every detail that made his stay pleasant and beneficial.

My mother gets admitted she's 90 years old with a UTI the that exacerbates all her other 90-year-old issues going on the week after she's in there(I'm her son) they have her planned care meeting, I was there by speakerphone, they were reading her goals that she met and she was disagreeing saying no she was not doing that there was no empathy show towards her all there was was mockery by going aww,aww by the social worker, I asked them what's going on with her infection nurse knew nothing about it none of them did, the main goal is to set a discharge date which they set for May 24 2026 the plan care meeting was on May 14th on May 19th I get a call and they say she's got to leave by the 20th which is the next day unless I want to fight it so I appealed it and won the appeal, she lives by herself and she could not get to and back from the bathroom and they knew this they still were trying to get rid of her I don't know why they wanted to free up another bed I'm sure money was behind it, at this point they still haven't treated her UTI so that took another day on the phone trying to straighten out, there's only one person I talked to up there a nurse Dave that was professional he knew what was going on and what he was doing and was cooperative and competent, the nurses never have time to talk to you they set the phone down you wait forever for anybody to pick it back up and you listen to their everyday social life while you're waiting, so her discharge went back to the 24th which is tomorrow they started her on her antibiotics today and didn't look at her allergy list put her on an antibiotic that she's allergic to cuz she had reactions and had to have a nurse stay with her till they fixed it and they tell her oh sometimes you grow out of those allergies instead of just sticking to her allergy list, I guess they're good reviews has really gone to their head so anybody reading this beware if you're elderly mother goes in that place, she still can't make it when she gets home tomorrow got to hire help out because she's too weak cuz she has an infection that they haven't treated that she went in there with 3 weeks ago.

Truly exceptional care was given to my mother. Her health was so precarious when she entered the facility and with the expertise care from the aides and CNA 'S they encouraged her to bounce back to health again. Thank you. Their physical therapy programme is excellent and Victoria helped my mother become much stronger and thrive. Thank you. Every nurse we worked with were amazing and addressed any concerns. Thank you. Thank you Dr Mansoor for all that you have done to make my mum strong enough to make it home.

I was a patient for two weeks to rehabilitate from a broken leg. I received consistently excellent and compassionate care. All staff members were focused on meeting all of my physical and psychological needs. When finally returning home to complete my rehabilitation I was fully prepared by the center to do so.
