My Mom has been at Sante Fe for almost two years. When she could no longer live alone, but remained as independent as ever, we decided that Sante Fe would allow her the transition help she needed. It also allowed her to remain in Plainview where her life-long friends and neighbors are and it is centrally located between family members. We appreciate the staff and the care that she receives daily from them. They know her and they work hard to help her in the individual ways that she needs. Though her stamina isn’t what it used to be, there are always activities she can choose to participate in. She’s looking forward to having the best seat in town for the Fourth of July Fireworks. The square building design makes it easy for her to get her daily walks in (with a walker.) We’ve spent many pleasant evenings sitting on the patio in the central courtyard. The menus offer a variety of foods. When the main offering is something she can’t eat, or doesn’t like, alternatives are always available. There’s also a microwave and mini-fridge in her room that help her with the hot drinks and snacks she loves. We decorated her room with her furniture, family pictures, and favorite pieces from her home. We recently bought her a new bed and the staff was extremely helpful with the delivery people and the set-up. We really appreciate all that Sante Fe offers to help Mom during this stage of her life.

Santa Fe Terrace has been our mom’s home since January 2023 when she could no longer live alone. When she first moved in, the staff accommodated her needs to make her one room apartment feel like home as they allowed her to decorate with her own furniture and decor. The facility is very clean spacious and provides ability for residents to enjoy outside in their large courtyard. Small pets are allowed too.The food is very good as it is homemade by wonderful cooks. As mom required more and more assistance as time grew on, the clinical staff were very supportive and met mom‘s needs to ensure that she bathed, ate, took her medications, and participated in many fun activities. Our mom died this week surrounded by family and amazing staff at Santa Fe Terrace. The staff were caring, respectful, accommodating, educational and professional while also serving as a second family. We cannot thank the staff enough for their love and support during this difficult time. Our family highly recommends Santa Fe Terrace for assisted living needs.

Came to family night to provide information of my foot care services to the residents. Staff was amazing. I was so welcomed by ALL staff! The facility was so clean and so presentable! I highly recommend this facility for your loved one! Residents were so involved with the activities that were going on throughout the night! All residents were extremely sweet. The meal provided was so good! Enjoyed how all residents came out to eat in the dinning area. Highly recommend Santa Fe for your loved one! Mirian, Yolanda and all STAFF were so heartwarming. Thank you Mrs Donna and Clair for allowing me to take a picture with you ladies! Looking forward to seeing you again!

Place is a good place for long term care of people who can no longer live independent. Nice rooms, activities to involve residents, has room for relatives to celebrate events for their loved one, staff are involved with residents from nursing to maintenence in making the room and area welcoming, safe and comfortable.
