The care and employees are wonderful. My mom is very well taken care off I have no complaints. She has also gained some weight back which I love ❣️

Prairie House Living Center is amazing ! they have taken care of my mother so well! the nurses are attentive and very knowledgable in their craft. The Social worker Karla is so helpful and took care of everything for us! thank you Prairie House Living Center for everything you do for us

The staff at Avir ( formally Prairie House Living Center) are truly amazing. Everyone is so kind, pays attention to the little things, and is always willing to jump in and help however they can. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and treat them with so much compassion and respect. It has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that it really feels like home. Thank you all for everything you do!

My children's dad stays here. His daughter Ashlee works here. He is well taken care of. Ashlee is a wonderful help and employee. The care center here is a great staff. Clean comfortable. I like it
