If you read this review, most likely you’ve come to a point in your life where you’re overwhelmed with stress and worry for your loved one and finding a good quality facility for them. there will always be pros and cons when it comes to senior living facilities. my father is a current resident since the beginning of this year and the staff has done their best to be attentive to any assistance my father needs while still treating my father with dignity and respect. I am truly grateful and appreciate all the staff that works hard in providing the quality care at Sanford Senior living. Thank you!

My Dad is enjoying his life at Sanford Senior Living. Management, staff, and physical therapy are amazing! Prior to arrival my Dad could not stand. Today he told me with some assistance he stood up and then walked to his recliner with his walker on his own. I am thrilled! And feel so at ease that my Dad is so well taken care of at Sanford Senior Living. Thank you, Jennifer, Luci & TEAM!!

Wow!! I was greeted with smiling staff, happy well taken cared of residents and it was very clean! The atmosphere was calm and so inviting. This speaks volumes of management well done Jennifer you have done an amazing job!

We were recommended this facility by A Place for Mom. My mom went earlier this week and exceeded our expectations in how clean it was and how kind the employees were. The only bad thing was they were 2 hours away, but we were confident they would be a great fit. We scheduled an assessment with the director for my grandmother today at 9:30am. My mom waited at the hospital, but the director was nowhere to be seen. Nobody had heard anything from her, and we were frustrated. Adam from A Place for Mom told us she had a disconnect. But he got a response from her while my mother was trying to reach out to her herself yet got no direct response. We were going to give her one more chance and we were told after the appointment itself, after not hearing from her that it was rescheduled to Noon. still no direct response from her and Adam was our only direct path of communication, which was very troubling. 12:00 comes around and Jennifer was still nowhere to be found. This has put our family in a very emotional state because of the price of other facilities around us, but also because of the thought we finally found a good home for my grandma with Dementia. They tried to do it over video call, but Jennifer preferred to do it over Teams, while the Hospital worked through Zoom, yet Jennifer didn't want to be flexible with something as simple as creating a new account on another sight to carry out an assessment. We were led off with false hope and promises. Outside of a great practice and system, the actions and negligence of the director herself were very unprofessional towards a patient who we were ready to entrust to. I implore everybody to consider the decision in leaving a family member here in their care, especially if you are more than 30 minutes away, because a lack of communication while caring for elderly patients is

If you love your family do not put them here. Unfortunately the state took over my uncle since that's what he wanted and they put him in this facility. They found my uncle unresponsive and no one knew when he passed I'm sure they never did any routine checks on patients. I have visited him while he was there and staff need to be retrained or just shut it down.
