If you love your family member, please think very carefully before choosing this facility. Our family entrusted them with my family member’s care during his rehabilitation, and what we experienced was heartbreaking. As his condition worsened, his vital signs declined, he became increasingly disoriented, and we repeatedly expressed our concerns. We asked for guidance about sending him to the hospital, but instead of taking our concerns seriously, the nurse in charge seemed more interested in watching a program on her phone than speaking with us. When we asked about transferring him to the hospital, we were told dismissively that they would likely “just send him back” and that insurance probably wouldn’t cover it. That same evening, we witnessed another staff member push an elderly woman away in her wheelchair while saying, “I can’t do this today. I get off at 7.” Seeing that level of compassion—or lack of it—toward vulnerable residents was deeply upsetting. My family member is now in the ICU battling sepsis. I can’t say with certainty what could have happened if he had received different care, but I will always wonder whether our repeated concerns should have been taken more seriously. No family should have to question whether they did enough to advocate for someone they love. Beyond these specific incidents, I was struck by the overall atmosphere of the facility. During our visits, we rarely saw staff interacting warmly with residents or their families. Caring for elderly and medically fragile people is demanding work, but kindness, compassion, and attentiveness are essential parts of the job. I hope state regulators take a close look at this facility. Until meaningful changes are made, I cannot recommend it to anyone considering rehabilitation for a loved one.

My granddad who is bed ridden, is looked after by my parents day in and day out, he was placed in the facility a total of 4 nights due to my family going out of town. Now he has 1 toe nail ripped off due to transport, his heals are showing signs of deep tissue injury due to not being floated, and two new bed sores, one of which is rather large due to this facility not looking after a veteran stroke victim for 4 nights, while his family went out of town. As stated prior these are new issues that were not an issue prior to the four nights and we have proof as well. This place is negligent at best for the elderly.

Staff wasn't helpful to my family as visitors. Hallways smelled like old urine and cigarettes. The rooms look like they haven't been upgraded in a decade.

I enjoyed being here with no negative remarks. The admission and discharge process was seamless. The nurses and cnas were very attentive to my needs. The cna April was kind and always attentive and professional. The therapy was top notch and the therapists were excellent and very knowledgeable. They helped me improve greatly. I came here in a wheelchair and walking out of here with a cane. The food was excellent.

My mother received excellent care while receiving rehabilitation services after her hospitalization. The staff were excellent and supportive. They always updated me on her plan of care. The food was great and she always had snacks available! My mom had to go back to the hospital due to her ongoing health issues. The staff showed my family love and support during this difficult time. I will always be grateful for their support and care. Thank you for your kindness!
