My mother lives here and I visit about every 5 or 6 days. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Meals are nice portions with more than 1 choice for main dish, etc. They have followed Covid regs. Activities are held twice a day.

Very pleased with the caring staff. My dad was a resident for almost a year until he passed from Parkinson’s a few weeks ago. They treated him and my mom who visited regularly like family. Everyone was especially compassionate during his last days. So thankful for their help.

Visited my father over the last 3 days. 2 of the 3 days when I came in, the call button was over by the bed and was not assessable. On the last day they had some of the regular workers and every time they left my father after working with him the call button was place where he could reach it. What if he really needed something?

My father has been here several years. I have gone rounds in the past and contacted the director of nursing homes about the food quality as this is his biggest complaint. The director contacted me back and had the regional director contact me and I was assured that it would be looked into. I emailed them asking for a update about six months ago and no response. It has been a year and I thought it has been more than enough time to make the food quality better. See the attached picture of my dads lunch today. Hotdog, chips and apple pie with his choice of drink. Prison inmates eat better. On top of this all the good help they had have all left for better paying jobs so anyone who is any good leaves for higher wages so turn over is a issue. I would move my dad but my mom would never see see him since she lives in town. I will try moving him again.
