Sanford Health Trillium is a memory care assisted living community located in Bemidji, Minnesota, offering a comfortable residential alternative for individuals affected by memory loss. The community combines assisted living services with specialized memory care support, designed to feel like home while providing security and staff assistance as needed.

Residents live in private suites with lockable doors that can be personalized with furnishings and memorabilia. The community provides utilities, general maintenance, dining services featuring three meals and snacks daily, and laundry and linen services according to the resident's healthcare service level. Residents receive two to three baths or showers per week based on their service level, and access to scheduled and unscheduled recreational, social, and religious activities.
