Worst care ever, they Literally MURDERED MY MOTHER HERE ON DEC. 14, 2023 to keep her from Taking about her money being embezzled over 10 years. My Sister and I went to move our mother from this facility and the lady administrator was mad we we’re taking her and the next day our non verbal mother had a head injury that they denied her care for and she had a severe Bumb on her forehead and a black eye. Our mother was fine just in a little pain so my sister and I flew home the next day as planned to prepare for our mothers trip. Well 2 days later we got a call saying she is dying and there’s nothing they can do about it , I asked her to be brought to a state Hospital or call hospice I was told NO by a nurse that our mother was going to die they were told and to leave her alone in her room do not feed or medicate and No resuscitation which was NOT our mothers wish from our birth she always told us to fight for our lives. When I called back to check on her the nurse said she was ordered to stay away from her room , and asked us yo stop calling. Another resident daughter called us and told us that they were. Just leaving my mom in her room screaming in pain and crying for help and that this lady wants her mom out of this facility after what they did to my mom and we should get a lawyer immediately! They literally just let my mom die alone and in pain crying and hungry in her room until she took her last breath! O’ya my mom had NO health issues except dementia!!!!! We never got an explanation why she died or how and they cremated her when that ALSO WAS NOT OUR MOTHERS BELIEF we were told always to be buried for when the lord comes back yo earth so we can RISE again with Jesus!!! So why did they cremate my mom??? To HIDE the fact she was murdered ! We asked for our mothers belongings and were told NO Stop Calling they were thrown away !!!! HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! WE ARE FILING & HAVING A CIVIL LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM !!!!!

This is the worst place to get simple care. My wife had severe gastritis like she allows has in the past cause it acts up every year or two. We had two persons come in the room to take information and the doctor came and took the same information. After telling them multiple times we just need Ivy fluids, nausuae meds and pain meds they keep asking the same question and took 45mins before they could do anything. The 4th person came in and took blood without her consent after having low energy from vomiting all day. Even when I was trying to tell her not to draw the blood she kept on doing her thing like it didn't matter what we said. They really do not listen and I am not sure who paying for those lab test that we do not need. It's not like her medical history is not right there on the computer, asked for a CAT which we refuse cause she had one couple months prior. In the space of 1hr we had 7 people enter her medical room asking the same quetions. While I do not mind more people trying to figure out whats going on I do believe its a waste of time asking the same question and not doing anything especially if we are aware of what the problem may be base on multipleprevious experiences. Where is the pain, does your stomach hurt, on a scale from 1 to 10 how much does it hurt, even when she is saying 11 they keep coming in asking the same question. If we wanted to entire town in our business we would have posted it on facebook market place. Do better, I wonder if it was a asthma patient wanting a ventilator or someone going through cardiac arrest if they would send 4 different person asking the same question before doing anything. This is not the place you want to take your love ones in an emergency situation the extra 20mins to yankton is very much worth it. Would never come back here even if my life depended on it.

Finest facility I've ever seen. The staff is dedicated to the residents' happiness and care. Couldn't have found a better place for my mother.
