My mom is being discharged as of today who is a safety risk and fall risk and being here 12 days with no shower after being told they would shower her and have not not even once if I knew this was going to be like this I would have never let her be transferred here

The doctor has HORRIBLE bedside manners. Patients feel as though they are being brushed aside as if they already passed away.

You dont take any complaints seriously. This place has changed names so many time over the years by different owners because they dont care about the residents they only care about the money they get from them. The food is disgusting the building is old the rooms are so old and not maintained they dont have or keep enough staff or house keeping to properly clean and sanitize the place i don't understand how the state keeps this nasty place open

Dirty utensils fork knife and spoon were not cleaned properly. I have an open wound that needs to be changed and cleaned and one time sat on the commode for 2 hours because they forgot me. Today at 12:00 was told nurse is at lunch so 30 minutes gave her till 1:00 and was told she is in the break room on break almost 1:30 and still no one laying here with my butt exposed. Food comes cold brings you oatmeal cold and no butter or sugar which would not make any difference. Was referred here by Northwest Healthcare never again

This place is the worst I would have your family member come here. First off we were referred by Northwest hospital to come here with my family member. On the outside the place looks fantastic however once you go into the main lobby and elevator it’s so old and nasty looks like a psych ward facility. When I went into my family members room there was dried blood on the wall next to my family members bed and on the curtains. There was uran from the next door roommate that was spilled on the floor and they cleaned it up with bleach didn’t dry it first witch can cause hey, chemical reaction and turn into mustard gas if not handled correctly. Then in his room on the roof the heavy duty curtain track was just dangling by one screw, which was a hazard, and if a patient was to accidentally grab the curtains to prevent him from falling or step on it, the curtain could fall down and bodily harm to one of the patients and my family member. Way of fixing it was to call a maintenance staff who had to get approval by the maintenance management to get it fixed. On top of that, none of the nurses and or staff members actually care about their patience. My family member was falling out of the wheelchair and I had to ask one of the nurse for assist. She said she’ll be right back 15 minutes later as he is calling for help. I will look down the hallway at the nurses desk area and they’re having a conversation when I went down to talk to the nurse I asked her for assistance and she stated she’s trying to find more help. She definitely was not she was having a conversation I told her he is falling and then she got up and did her job. Also when they moved my family member from the room to repair the roof they put him in a clean bed as they say and went to wheel him down into another room. He has a broken back and neck from an accident they did not elevate his head with a pillow and he was in tons of pain when they moved him. I’m so disgusted with this facility I do not recommend anyone to bring their family members here because they will decline in health Not recover and Their staff members do not care. A week later on 3/22/24 my dad passed away because of this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
