I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. They have just opened a state of the art dialysis den that provided patients a great experience. I highly recommend this facility and I know they will take care of your loved one.

Sanctuary is an older but wonderful place! People I've encountered their seem very happy and the staff is great! I would recommend this skilled nursing facility!

I highly recommend Sanctuary Wadsworth! I work in an assisted living community and we value Sanctuary as a trusted partner to care for our residents when they require additional care needs.
