I don't recommend to have a loved one placed in. When my grandma first arrived they were so attentive them after they kept ignoring her. If have to call or show up. The hallways smell like urine , there was a few lady who you can tell loved there job. Mickey, Blanca took care of her very well. My grandma called me Thursday she wasn't feeling well . I called them to.let them know to check on her and if she needed treatment since she is supposed to use oxygen 24/7 instead it was used 8 hours. Then she was taken to the hospital on Saturday and passed on Monday. This place is nothing but neglecting on elderly people. I feel bad for the ones who dont have family and can't speak up.
