After my 10 rehab at St Elizabeth. I had Home care come to my house for extended care. Sue my Nurse spent time going over what to expect and explained who pay for it and review all my medications times to take what they were for and what to expect for the two therapist. And any other concerns I may have had my occupational therapist Nicole made me aware of tripping hazards. Useing my walker and cane being able to do daily tasks. Eating. Using stairs, showering and being aware of my surroundings while walking.a restriction on lifting. My Physical Therapist Ashley made sure I could Perform all my task safely having me climb stair walking with my cane. And using my walker properly getting in and out of chairs, toilet and showering, and cooling. All three were very professional, caring and very respectful in all my needs. In closing , no one ever think it could happen to them and having to go through a rehab center and then home care. I would highly recommend St Elizabeth for any and all rehab need Thank you all
