The only Senior Center in Rowan county and it's a gem! They are the resource for all seniors and their services. They provide free lunch to seniors over 60 at 6 different locations throughout the county. They provide caregiver respite for those caring for their loved ones with Alzheimer's and Dementia. They help seniors navigate through Medicare and all at no cost. The atmosphere, the people, there is no other place like it!

The customer service was so terribly uncomfortable that I reported it to Salisbury Police. Google Review system must have character restrictions that limit how much of the story I can tell on here, so see attached photos.

I love this place! I used to go to the gym and the pool several times a week until my job schedule interfered with that. I love the cafe and the nice guy who is always in there. They also have a standing freezer full of frozen pre-prepared meals that I like. The meals are nutitionally balanced, low -sodium whole foods, not processed like the grocery store and they're portion controlled. I thought that was a great thing to offer. They're cash only though, so just make sure you have cash on you.

It suppose to be good place for seniors. We registered for mah Jong we felt like we got ignored we had to sit at a table with no tiles because the instructor counted 16 people and we had registered or maybe she should have been more prepared for more people. Other times we tried going there it was always something.

Attended an excellent Black History Program here. Nice employees and friendly environment for the chronologically gifted with health tips posted everywhere!
