This is gonna be long but it needs to be said, my dad was sent here due to liver and heart failure he was put on a floor with no tv shared a room with 4 other people no bathroom except down the hall mind you at this time my dad was having serious issues with walking had a wheelchair and walker there was no activity room to do anything (luckily he was sent a tv by family so he wasn’t bored) all his family lives a few hours away when I did be able to go see my dad you had to have staff press a code in (felt like a prison) soon as you stepped off it smelled like nothing but urine. My dad was sleeping on sheets that looked like they were not washed uncomfortable bed a thin blanket and a flat pillow. His pee container was full and looked like he wasn’t getting any fluids one nurse brought him what I thought was a drink but it was just ice his roommate catheter bag was laying on the floor and was uncovered no blanket and I was there for a bit not one nurse or staff came to check in. Another time I went to see my dad this one nurse wouldn't even help my dad to the bathroom (I have video evidence) he was struggling so badly to walk while using the walker this made the nurse mad or whatever so she was sitting there saying my dad was faking he eventually started getting better and moved a floor and i eventually had him discharged from there and now lives with family.. my dad was there for a year and got to see the outside world a total of 4 times.

I give 5 stars!! The staff is very kind and caring with their patients. My mom doesn't like nursing centers because she had a very bad experience. Every time my Sister and I go visit her, she has nothing but good things to say about the way they take care of her! how kindly she is treated. I am very happy how my mom looks and speaks about each of her care takers. Great job ladies, great job!! Thank you for all you do for my mom!
