Everyone is super and very professional. It is the best in the United States. I have been here in the past and that is why I came here. I absolutely love each and everyone of the therapist. They are the best. K

Worst experience ever. Nurses lack compassionate and care. My father came in with liver cirrhosis and his blood was not drawn for 4 days. The 5th day, lab values were all messed up as no medications had been given. Due to high levels of certain toxins that had built up over the span of 4 days, his dementia set in and the nurses wouldn’t take care of him. We are vegetarian and despite speaking with the cook and dietician, meat was served for every single meal for the span of 5 days. The nurse would just pick up the tray and not ask what else he could be given. He starved unless we brought in food from home. They are extremely understaffed. They haven’t once come in to check in on him in the span of 24 hours. The nurse at night time told us she wouldn’t take his blood pressure as it was over time for her. It was 11:02pm and her shift ends at 11:00pm. The nurses will give you attitude at the simplest questions. My dad had wet himself three times and the third time we called the tech to help us change him and change his linens she told us they have no clean linens. The techs do not speak English and there is a huge barrier in communication. I don’t know how you can be a “health care provider” if you don’t care about your patients. We ended up calling 911 as my dads health was declining. After getting him situated in the ambulance, my mum realized he left his cell phone back in the room. She went into the building, into the room, and actually found a nurse/tech sleeping in HIS BED... Oh...and the same wash cloths that they use to clean the patients butts after defecating are the same wash cloths they use for "sponge baths".... So disappointing. If you care for your loved one then I do not recommend this place.

Had a beautiful walk thru introduction to facility yesterday with many friendly staff and some residents. Was told that Alzheimer's patients would be kept in same area for short term care. My 92 y/o mother has Alzheimer's Dementia. How surprised i was to find out today that they refuse to accept my mother because they don't wanna deal with an Alzheimer's patient. I can wrap my head around society throwing away the Elderly because they have no value or worth to them anymore because they don't matter in the world according to them but for a Rehab facility to do this is absolutely disgusting and reprehensible and corrupt. If anyone is considering bringing their loved ones here, please take your money elsewhere.

I spent five weeks at Roselane. Though this kind of places are never 100%, Roselawn was very clean and the food was good. There are several employees that deserve the employees of the month recognition. There is Joan on 7 to 3 shift, Carmen and Yolanda on 3 to 11 shift and Douglas on 11 to 7 shift. All are CNA. Nurses deserve a recognition as well. There is Nikita, and Kendall on first shi shift and Barbara on second shift. All of these people went above and beyond the call of duty. One last employers Erika and Gary on your PT department . The are truly gems. Thank you, Fran . Karczewski Room 105

My mom has been here for almost 100 days. Any issue we've had has been addressed. We especially love the rehab staff and there is several nurses and staff who have worked hard to communicate with my mom despite her limitations.
