The facility was clean. The only thing I had a problem with was that the water was always off or no hot water. Staff is not up to par with English. Also, I feel sorry for the people with no voice inside there because a lot of times they are totally ignored one other thing I would like to say Physical therapy is great. I must say that and also there is a janitor her name is Cynthia housekeeping I believe she’s great. I mean she is totally great. Keep the rooms up to par was only there two days a week those two days was the most cleanest days. Our rooms had got since I’ve been there and I like to say shout out to Cynthia.

AWESOME Facility!!! They have activities for all the residents based on the holidays and themes for each month and they celebrate the residents birthdays. They make it a point to get all residents dressed and in the main social area daily. They have several churches who come to offer religious services. The nursing staff is EXTREMELY attentive and caring to the residents needs. They want to make sure all the residents are comfortable and content and all their healthcare needs are addressed in a timely manner. They call the residents family members and keep them updated for any changes in their healthcare regimen. They have sufficient staffing with the CNAs to attend to the residents. The CNAs make it a point to work with the family and the residents regarding their daily routines. I am pleased with the services my relative have recieved at Rosecrans Care Facility

If you want peace and quiet go some where else. If the residents aren't screaming and hollering in the hallways the staff is playing movies for them in the common area at the loudest setting. The food is pretty good and they treat you fine but this is the noisiest place I've ever been and I've been sent here twice for rehabilitation and it's been the same experience each time.

I am not only well taken care of here, I am even spoiled here. From the Administrator to the social services, all the staff is highly efficient and caring. Every concern I have is handled immediately, and I never have to wait for help. The food here was so good, I had to cut back since I was asking for double portions. I am so blessed to be at this facility to recover. It is truly like a 5 star hotel, where everyone is one big family.

Wonderful staff everyone knows the residents names friendly never fail to greet you by name. The food delicious, exceptional by nursing home or assisted living standards more like a good restaurant. The menu is varied and not the repeated every week. The engage you with activities to keep you busy. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.
