The residents and many of the staff there are great. The management team, however needs some work. They ignore employee and resident concerns, have been seen yelling at each other in front of other staff and residents, and the maintenence man has been seen plowing the snow while highly intoxicated. The administrator has been made aware of these issues, but it seems to fall on deaf ears.

Rose Haven is a delightful, hometown nursing care facility. All the staff there live locally and you can tell they really do care about their patients. My mother spent two years there until she passed in the spring and she was well cared for and we were carefully communicated with. The nursing staff were lovely and even though my mother didn’t like being there (the dementia was real!), there’s no other place my siblings and I would’ve preferred her to be.

Nice place that has given good care to a dear friend. Looks clean and no weird smells. Lots of activities like games, beer n pizza, wine n cheese, ice cream social, hair day, nail day, etc.
