I am extremely disappointed with the attitude and level of care shown by one of the staff members, Mahoganey. His attitude is terrible and when dealing with seniors - you should have someone with a little bit more compassion and patience. They should not act irritated or outright rude. I've never experienced treatment like such before. Just an FYI and I hope the rest of the staff does not act in such manner.

Our experience in rehab at Roland Park Place was outstanding. The team cared for my loved one with professionalism, warmth, and genuine compassion. Nursing, therapy, caregiving, and the gourmet dining experience were all exceptional! Their excellent communication and hospitality focus was appreciated. They took the time to understand his needs and supported him every step of the way. We are truly grateful to the entire Roland Park Place team! Thank you all.

We found the place attractive and clean, but, most importantly, everyone we met, without exception, was kind and helpful. The food even looked pretty good!

I recently began the pursuit of looking for a retirement community for my parents. I visited several in the Baltimore area but nothing compared to the visit I experienced at Roland Park Place. When I entered the community I noticed right away the detail spent on the community grounds. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. When my parents and I entered the inside of the main community building we were received by a very welcoming atmosphere. The President of the community Sam Guedouar was at the front desk interacting with staff and residents and came immediately over to greet us with a warm welcome. I was beyond impressed that Sam the President took time out of his day to meet with us. It was evident that there is a strong sense of community and camaraderie at Roland Park Place. While touring the community it was inspiring to see the emphasis on lifelong learning. The community offers opportunities for residents to continue to pursue their interests and acquiring new skills. It’s a wonderful environment for those looking to embrace an active, vibrant and fulfilling retirement journey. I highly recommend looking at Roland Park Place for your loved ones who need a retirement community.
