It’s very hard to leave a loved one even short term. My Mom fell and broke her hip and had to go to short term rehab. The first center we went to was horrible, dark, folks there were sad and the whole feel of the place did not sit well with my spirit. So we transferred to Rockmart Health. It was like night and day! The atmosphere was bright, folks were laughing and smiling. It smelled clean and inviting! The staff are the best team, and they all work well together. The physical therapy and occupational therapy are amazing! My mom has dementia and she said she felt safe and well care for. Jessica Strickland and her entire team met all my expectations and then some! Rockmart Health is an incredible establishment and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of short or long term rehab! Thank you to all of you for the care you gave my mom, the peace of my mind you gave me and our family, and for the care and concern that you gave to me personally! You made a difficult time easier! My Daddy was very content while he was at Rockmart Health. He went in as a rehab patient but was not able to regain the ability to care for himself. It was his choice to be at Rockmart because my Momma had been there. The staff was great to him and always kept us informed of any changes. They made his last year and half comfortable and did all the could to help maintain a quality of life for him. All of the staff treated us and Daddy with great respect.

Absolutely wonderful! Everyone is super attentive, kind, and helpful. My Mom was extremely happy and at peace here during her short term stay. I didn’t have to worry about her care not even once. Every worker from the kitchen staff, CNA’s, LPN’s in training, and RN’s went above and beyond and always with a positive attitude. The PT/ OT staff worked with her almost every day and made such amazing progress with her healing. They went as far to provide training to our family on how to help my Mom the best at home. The administrative staff was always on top of things and worked well behind the scenes to make sure ever I was dotted and T was crossed. I’m so extremely grateful that I cannot even express my full gratitude in this post. Thank you SO much!!!

I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Rockmart Post-Acute Nursing and Rehab. A special thank you to Jessica Strickland, their social worker, for her kindness and compassion. Her warm personality truly makes a difference. The rest of the staff is just as friendly and welcoming, creating an environment where everyone who enters feels welcomed and supported.
