Staff, particularly Tiffany Wood, so helpful and took time to explain process. Floor staff, nurses and CNAs all professional and welcoming and called mom by her name. They made a very stressful situation so much less scary. Rooms are clean and clients encouraged to socialize.

Lashawn is so unbelievably kind and helpful. She is such a breath of fresh air. She brought sunflowers to me in my room in a vase and it made me so happy because sunflowers mean so much to me. She also makes sure I have Coke Zero in my room since I’m not able to walk right now. I’m so thankful she’s here!

Absolutely terrible. Every worker is on their phone and is inconvenienced when you ask them a question. Scheduled activities don’t happen. And the place is an absolute MESS. No one takes the time and care to make sure the facility is presentable and organized. It’s not hard to take pride in your job and care. This needs to be turned around. It’s a disgrace …. Besides the christmas (and easter) things everywhere and its past those holidays.

Had my aunt here and was very nervous about placing her in a skilled nursing for therapy but we had an amazing experience with the clinical staff and personnel here. They truly cared for my loved one like it was one of their own! The therapy was outstanding and got my aunt moving better than when she was at home. I highly recommend giving them the chance like we did. Will definitely come back if needed

Are you in need of consistently compassionate care for yourself or a loved one? Don’t be put off by the unassuming structure of this facility. Inside the secured doors are caregivers who listen, help, assist and support the residents with touches of kindness, compassion and respect. If something isn’t quite right they will make adjustments and communicate up and down the line of communication to help you. It’s all about the residents. I’ve seen it first hand and cannot begin to explain how grateful I am for the care they have given my husband. My first impression wasn’t great as we arrived there late one Saturday night. The nurse and CNA were kind and friendly but obviously had a floor of other patients. I will be honest that the rooms are mostly 2 occupants per room and the rooms are small. My husband’s roommate occupied about 75% of the room with his mobility equipment and personal belongings. The room had its challenges. I did not leave until my husband was fully settled and I felt assured he was safe and in good hands. The next day i returned early. Because his roommate kept his curtain closed, it cut off and area for me to sit on a chair. So I sat in the doorway of the room. I was able to visit with my husband and overhear the hallway chatter. The staff is polite to each other. They speak kindly to the residents. The food service staff are friendly, polite and helpful. So I knew the staff were exactly what the patients needed. They took their time and explained some procedures to me regarding medical orders and listened to my concerns. They followed up on all of them. The room situation was distressing but before long a nurse assistant came to me and quietly told me not to worry that another room was located and my husband would be moved into that room. It was only him in the room and he would have a bed by the window. My nature is to manage and control everything possible but without saying a word about the situation this incredibly kind and capable team listened with their eyes. There have been some hiccups along the way but my husband’s care has been well coordinated, compassionate, supportive and open to suggestions from his dialysis treatment center and me. They say it takes a village to raise a child. This is just as true in a facility charged with helping people heal, recover and become as strong and healthy as possible. We are grateful and very blessed by the Lord. We pray uncountable blessings upon the residents and staff of Rockledge Health and Rehabilitation Center.
