This facility was exceptional. I had my mother there. The staff and administrator was amazing and was always going above and beyond for her. They gave excellent care for her respiratory needs. I can’t thank Rock Canyon enough for what they did.

This place has very knowledgeable staff and I couldn't be more appreciative, especially one staff member there who had just the prettiest eyes. I think her name is Christine!

"My grandma called me multiple times crying to let me know she had her call light on and needed to go to the bathroom. I called the nursing station twice myself, and no one ever answered. It took 25-30 minutes for me to drive down there. When I arrived, I spoke to her nurse and was obviously irritated. I said, 'Hey, my grandma has been calling me saying she has to go to the bathroom and no one has taken her.' The nurse asked who my grandma was, and when I told her, she replied, 'That’s between her and I,' and claimed she is 'dangerous that she won’t help her.' Mind you, she has never hit or spit on anyone; she is not aggressive. How is she dangerous? I found the co-director, who was nice and helpful. Once she spoke with the nurse, the nurse's tone and attitude immediately changed. Moral of the story: They do not answer call lights. Listen to the reviews you see. Maybe Ms. Carolyn will change her behavior and not treat my 77-year-old grandma like a dog in a cage. She has a bladder just like anyone else. Would anyone like to sit in a wet diaper? Not me. Figure it out. 1/31/26 @ 8:00 AM." 4 call lights on I wonder how long it takes them maybe someone just time them.

(Please note to those who work here and may try to go agenst this poast i consulted a legal representative to enshure i could do this and this is what i was told would be legal to write) I don't recommend this place. At first it was nice but ast the almost 2 and a half years now of being here and seeing the ugly side I've had numerous valid state reports and sutch and yes one of the social workers removed for valid reasons of abuse. like CNA's staff must of them are what im saying here but a hand full that do do it right thanks i really do appreciate your hard work and i understand your frustration im left in wet if not otherwise briefs my closet once over stuffed now barren from cloths going to laundry never coming back also like its dead winter and its cold inside I also while writing this have a nasty rash all over my body that when it started the DON when I requested to go to the er to find out what it was shot the request down violating my rights in house doctors just looked at it called it at first viral then dermatitis like how do you know by looking at it common do some real tests! Insted my hole hall has it. so yah I'm practically left freezing cold wet bitterly in the building at night and day I'm just wet and miserable all because I stood my ground and I want others to know the truth and I don't recommend this place at all for anyone at all! If you want to know yes i have more than enough evidence on my side pictures mostly on a external secure sd card with proper dates time exct. They clean up and mostly get stuff fixed before state or visiters arive and put on a show while state and visitors are there to avoid getting cought, my care plan constantly violed especially door knocking by one staff member who was corrected but this CNA still refuses to do this and timely brief checks and changes i could go on. Look at Medicare care and compare website to see the truth its barly a two star and with a red hand witch means there been sited for abuse recently. Also as it stands my lawyer can come in and land a walloping 3 million dollar lawsuit. God speed the rest of you!
