I've lived here 9 years and it's not much more than an apartment. We have a small bingo initiated by a resident. Otherwise there is nothing. There's hardly enough parking in front by the main entrance. Also parking on either side and back but you need to ex walkaround the building. People range in age from 65 to 90+ most are disabled. Complaining does little! To answer you, No one is allowed to use the fire doors to move in or out, which is very inconvenient as some people have a long walk to there apt from the main doors. When I moved in. 9 years ago, I moved in from the door that was 15-20 feed from my apt which is no longer usable. And we only have garbage dumpsters on the far side of the building with no recycling. Also, your apt only gets repainted when you die or move, which you have to pay for and live somewhere else while it's being done. One woman had to pay for a hotel and the month's rent while she wasn't living here.

I am a huge advocate for seniors and their well-being. Some of these seniors are afraid to ask to get issues fixed due to repercussions, or taking way to long for their issues to be addressed. The latest issue is them not being able to open their windows and air their apartments out. I went to management and discussed, they said th e apartments were under "rehab". We shall see how long this issue takes to get addressed. To be continued.......
