This facility is laughable at best. My dad was upset and they ended up trying to transfer. My parents decided to come home and they REFUSED to even let them use a wheelchair to get him to the parking lot to the vehicle! He waited days for a shower or bath. The nurses were loud at night like they were having a party while the patients attempted to sleep. He got a rash on his back, two sores on his foot, they leave people in their waste. They dont pay attention to much either. They will ignore you while you stand at the door needing to leave. A door alarm goes off and they act like its someone else's job to turn it off. They brought breakfast and then 2 hours later they brought lunch. If he wasnt hungry at the moment they brought the lunch, they took it back and he had to wait until dinner showed up. Its like a jail for the elderly in there. Most of them have to share rooms. A thin curtin separates the beds that are 3 feet apart. If my dad wanted to leave they threatened to bill my mom for all the expenses. Constantly stated, "your wife is going to have to pay for all this if you leave." They only care about the money and NOT the welfare and wellbeing of the patients. Do your research and select a better facility for your loved ones.
