I was in Roberts Health Care and found the staff and everyone I encountered to be top notch. The food was delicious. They kept my son informed on my progress. Transportation to appointments was handled and all staff was notified of appointments. Reminders were given to me. PT and OT were very caring. I highly recommend this facility and the people who work there.

People were cold and unfriendly. Not very clean, incompetent accounting staff. Were borderline abusive to my mom and overworked her that when she did come home she was exhausted and fell 2 weeks later from exhaustion. She was there way too long, and the nursing staff was mentally abusive to her. She was very nervous there and they would leave her room unclean. Do not send your mom or dad there. I could not visit her a lot and when I tried to reach management they were never there.

Roberts is a rehab and long term care facility. My mom gets excellent care. The staff is amazing, kind & caring. The staff & my family are on a first name basis & love my mom. Family owned facility. They have in-house wheelchair transportation to Dr appts. The rooms are very spacious. Each patient has a window and nicely done. Beautiful location. Honestly I could go on and on about the great experiences we've had here. Most importantly, my mom is very well taken care of and is happy here. I would highly recommend Roberts to anyone for rehab or nursing care.

I was in your rehab for almost 2 weeks. I had a knee replacement. The OT & PT were wonderful! The nurses & CNA's were so helpful and pleasant , Everyone who works there is great. Only problem was the bed. Room 20 needs a new bed. Thanks for all the help.Another problem was that I had to stay in my room which was very small. The only time I got to walk was to rehab & back. So, I don't think I recovered as quickly as I would have at home.

The Nursing Staff on the first floor (2) are not emphatic or responsive. At least not to my 98 year old mom who was very aware of everything going on around her. I was not given information regarding in house support resources such as dental hygienist which caused extreme negative effects on my moms eating capabilities. The food is horrible. The support staff is wonderful and treated mom with kindness and respect. Do not send your loved one here!
