My only complaint is the fact the patient does not have a bedside phone. We can’t call. Jim is legally blind and does not have a cell phone He can answer a regular telephone.

Residents who feel anxious or simply need someone to listen naturally seek him out. He is consistently attentive, kind, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. When family members call to check on their loved ones, Enrique consistently makes the extra effort to assist them. He surpasses expectations every single shift.<br><br>RN Chayat<br><br>Chayat is a true blessing to both patients and the Riverwalk team. He quietly and diligently ensures that every resident receives excellent care throughout the evening shift. Deeply dedicated to the safety and well-being of both residents and staff, he leads with quiet strength and earns the deep respect and appreciation of everyone around him—patients and team members alike.<br><br>RN Paul<br><br>Eighteen months after my stay at Riverwalk, I ran into RN Paul at the Post Office. To my surprise, he immediately remembered my name—even though he only worked one day a week at the facility. During my time there, Paul was always courteous, responsive, responsible, and kind to me and every other resident. His exceptional memory and consistent warmth left a lasting impression.

We visited someone there until they came out and now we go to bring the Word of God to those that want to listen. They're nice.
