I will be a new resident at the Riverview Towers. So far, everyone has been very polite and professional. The building as a peaceful atomsphere. Ms. Cheryl in the office is the best. They have many things right there in the building. A library, a computer room. A big community room and kitchen, a lounge area on each floor. A beauty shop and a store. I'm looking forward to my stay there.

I visit a relative whom lives here and I've been many times and I must say it is clean and well kept.

During my late mother’s (Ellen Parish) 10+ year time as a resident she made a lot of lovely friends and had very few complaints about the facility. However, shortly prior to her recent passing we had to move her out of her apartment. She passed approximately 2 weeks after her leaving which I am certain office staff knows about. Her passing occurred the first week of this month and sadly not one person from local apartment staff or corporate have reached out to the family to express condolences. A simple phone call or card would have meant something. Obviously protocol for communicating with families of residents who pass would be appreciated. As a community who deals with elderly residents this lack of compassion is not acceptable in my opinion.

There is no enjoyment or freedom for Smokers, in winter, Seniors must smoke outside in the wind, rain and snow, while enduring the icy walkways to get to the designated spots ! Today in 66 degree rainy weather , a healthy tree was cut down while Smokers shiver and shake in an open air gazebo !Also, 80 degrees in our apartments as they shut the air off

I have lived in this building for 8 years and have loved every minute! It is clean! Quite! All the people living here have been a joy to deal with! CSI our management company provides us with lots of guidance and activities! Move here you will not be disappointed!!
