We all want the best for our loved ones. This place is that and more. Marlene, has a heart of gold, set up my husbands transfer stress free. Marlene was always available to answer all and any of my questions. Thank You, Marlene. Nurse Wendy, Cheyenne and CNA Alicia are wonderful and deeply care. When my husband arrived he couldn't walk or stand, 6 weeks later, disscharge day my husband walked to our car. Thanks to the PT therapist. I have let my family know if ever I need care, this is where I want to go. Give your loved ones the best care they deserve. Wish I could give a million stars.

Was looking for placement for my mother. Marlene Salvatore was an angel. She was kind, informative and very attentive to our family. I highly recommend riverside health care, with the warm hearted Marlene to help any family along the way. Thank you Marlene!

Even though there are bad people everywhere, most of the staff that works here (kitchen, housekeeping, CNAs, LVNs and RNs) are very professional and amiable. My lady stayed here for almost 3 months, so I really appreciate all the smiles, service and help we received during that time.

The place is clean and the rooms are a good size. Our interactions with the staff receive quick responses to our concerns. The staff seem to be happy to work together and the residents we saw appeared to be well cared for. My father in law's lunch arrived hot and looked appetizing. However, they did not offer to cut up his food, which he has trouble with. Kudos to Del,(RN); Carlos( CNA) and Dustin ( LVN) for their attention to our relative.

I think this facility is a hidden gem in Riverside. It's located in a gated, retirement community. Outside environment is safe, secure, and peaceful. Facility environment on the inside is neat, clean, bright, safe, secured, and organized. Greeted by the front desk and if not, the second thing you see is the nursing station. But before that, you can talk with the personnel in their offices. Either way, there is always someone to greet you. The nursing station is central so that in either hallway direction they can see what's going on. If your skeptical about sending your loved one to this facility, the best thing to do is contact either the Admissions Coordinator, Marisol, or the Director of Business Development, Marlene. Ask for a tour and also ask any other insurance related question. Both women are very knowledgeable and helpful. If it weren't for my sister pushing me to inquire (because I'm shy) my husband wouldn't have received the care he deserved which he and I found at this facility. If there's an emergency or something comes up, the facility will call you and keep you updated on your loved one. The team gathers on Thursdays for progress report and the first one is the first week of admit and you get to meet and ask anything from the care team. After that, it's up to you to be proactive as to your loved one's care progress. If you have doctor's appointment, it can coordinated if need be. As far as patient bathing, it is more often than most facilities -I believe. For my husband it was M,W,Fri. Also, they have grooming service! My husband always looked neat! Quick hair cut, clean shaven face! Patients can choose to dine with others in the dining room, and can choose to participate in scheduled activities. The facility encourages activity participation. My husband easily made friends with the nursing staff. You can ask the nursing staff in charge of your loved one for the day/night shift and they'll give you any progress report or update. Overall, amazing. Thank you for taking care of my husband!
