I would describe my experience at Riverbank Post-Acute as very positive, and physically beneficial. For example, the physical therapy department, has an excellent, dedicated team, that assists their residents, and improves their quality of life, enthusiastically. The activities department is also another group of dedicated people who go above and beyond, to ensure their residents are comfortable, smiling, and actively participating in fun projects, and activities. The RNA department, consisting of 2 extremely helpful, and super nice ladies, Josefa and Theresa. Both of whom, have for multiple years assisted this facility with care and compassion for all of their residents. I would highly recommend anyone who needs post acute assistance to consider coming here to River Bank-Poste Acute.

I have been with Riverbank Post Acute for a little over two years now and I will admit that many different areas have made some much needed improvements. The wound care team I can honestly say is amazing. The care provided on a regular basis by Bernard, Vanessa and on the weekend's Nolan is absolutely wonderful!!! They are exceptionally caring. Extremely approachable. On point with your care. Bernard has assisted me with my journey from day one and when I say journey, that's exactly what I mean. I went from having three wound vacs at one time, to finally be healed. I am blessed to have had this team guiding my journey. I still have another adventure to go, but I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. There's been ups and downs, but I can honestly say in the long run, I am great full to have been sent here. Thank you to the whole team of Riverbank Post Acute. This is a journey I will never forget.

I am currently receiving wound care here, and I must say that this is the best wound care team I have been treated by in the last four years. Their knowledge, teamwork, treatment, and skills are outstanding. They are the most caring, compassionate, and talented team with the best bedside manner. They are not afraid to try something different if the current treatment isn't enough. They always take the time to explain what they are doing and are happy to answer any questions. Laura and Valerie are two of the best nurses I have ever met. One works the day shift and the other works the night shift. The care and compassion they show to everyone is truly comforting. They genuinely care about every one of us and go above and beyond in their work. I am extremely grateful for the care I am receiving from the wound care team here, and I feel blessed to have Laura and Valerie as my nurses.

My mom was discharged last week and I want to thank the Riverbank Staff for taking great care of my mom. The staff were wonderful and the rehab team was excellent!! They were patient and kind when it came to my mom's recovery. The great thing was that family didn't live far and we got to visit everyday!

My grandmother was discharged recently and our experience couldn't have been better!! Yes the facility looks old but you can tell they are taking the time to change it. The nurses staff are the sweetest and I'd rather any one of my family members be in a facility that they get treated right then to be in a nice and pretty facility and my grandmother be forgotten about. If you're from the Riverbank area I highly recommend bringing your family here. They will take amazing care of you!!!
