So far im not impressed with this place. My grandma was placed here until she could finish her rehab. Anyway its been 4 days and morning staff has told her she will get a shower/bath in the evening and evening staff is pushing it off on day staff. She has yet to get a shower/bath. You can bet your sweet flowers that the management will be hearing from us in the morning. This is completely unacceptable and uncalled for. My grandmother also was supposed to have her stitches out of her head on Thursday. Today is Monday. Idk what kind of place they think they can run but they can not treat people like this just because they dont want to do their jobs. Im not enthused. With the care or treatment of people in this facility.

The staff truly love their patients/ residents ♥️Always ready to help! Met Dr.Walker today, she is awesome! So kind yet professional and really made us feel comfortable with our choices.

Yesterday I visited 2 folks at River Valley. I’m 83 years old and have visited a lot of care facilities to visit with friends of mine. I don’t normally do reviews but after visiting 2 friends at River Valley I decided that I wanted to give my thoughts about River Valley: - My friends enjoyed everything about River Valley! -I met about 10 staff members at River Valley and they were all friendly, well groomed and dressed, upbeat, extremely enjoyable to their patients, other staff members and even me! -It was the cleanest, good smelling, friendliest, well decorated and outstanding, facility I have ever visited. -My personal rating for River Valley would be 100% perfect in all categories! -I was so impressed with everything about River Valley,. When the day comes that my children need to decide I can no longer live alone I definitely want them to put me in River Valley. I know it will be the perfect place for me to live and be well taken care of! Lastly, I volunteered yesterday to become a helper at River Valley!

I’ve come to visit my close friends many times and your staff is truly wonderful! You really care about your patients there. The facility is always spotless to. When my friends ask about your facility I always recommend it as a great place to be. Thank you for caring.
