My mother stayed at Rising Star Personal Care Home during her recovery, and we had a very positive experience. My dad has been staying at this personal care home, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we came in, we felt welcomed and reassured that he would be in caring and capable hands. The staff here is truly exceptional kind, patient, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people who live here, and that means everything to our family. One of the things we appreciate most is the intimate environment. Because it is a smaller, more personal setting, my dad receives so much individual attention and care. He is not just another resident here, he is known, valued, and looked after in a way that gives us incredible peace of mind. The staff notices the little things, checks in on him often, and makes sure his needs are always met. The facility itself is always very clean, organized, and well-maintained, which speaks volumes about the pride they take in their work. There are also wonderful activities that keep residents engaged, social, and active, which has been so important for my dad’s happiness and well-being. He also genuinely enjoys the food, which says a lot because meals are such an important part of daily comfort and quality of life. My mother stayed at Rising Star Personal Care Home for about three months while recovering from hip surgery, and overall we had a positive experience. The staff were kind, supportive, and often went out of their way to make her feel comfortable during her recovery. It really meant a lot to our family to know she was being cared for with patience and compassion. The meals were generally good and provided a decent variety, which helped keep her spirits up during her stay. She especially appreciated having regular, home-style meals. The environment felt welcoming and home-like, which made the transition from hospital to care facility much easier for her. While no place is perfect, we found that staying involved and communicating with the staff helped ensure everything ran smoothly.we truly appreaciate evrything and each of every staff of rising star personal care home for their outstanding care for my mom.I highly recommend it
