She loved them as her own family and would talk about them with lots of joy. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they did. This facility needs to be under investigation for gross neglect of patients needs. My grandfather had a short stay here. During his stay he acquired bed sores that became infected, gangrene from mistreatment of a fresh surgery under this facilities care and he had a catheter placed that was not cleaned or changed during his stay. He asked for a blanket at night and the night nurse turned his light off and left him there, cold. Nurses didnt accomodate his simple requests of a cup of coffee in the morning. They also had him sign a DNT and a DNR without his power of attorney present. Upon arrival to the emergency room after he became septic the doctor on duty was irate with the condition of my grandfather. Do not take your loved ones here.

RUN... Avoid this place at all costs. If you treasure your loved one. Do NOT leave your family member stay here. They completely disregard the patients needs and have patients sign forms without a family present or advocate to help patients understand DNRs or DNT. STATE NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!
