This agency is completely unprofessional and couldn’t care less about the elderly. They stopped my 82 year old grandfathers services and never informed us. When I reached out they told me they never received an authorization and to contact the case manager. I asked for the case manager’s phone number and they ignored me. They also dropped the ball multiple times while he was receiving their services. I blame CRISTA and CHANTAL! Crista wouldn’t even call to inform me when his aid was calling out they’d literally just leave him waiting on someone. I am not going to stop complaining until I get some sort of resolution because he is still without services 1 month later and just had surgery.

Thank you for Daniela Coello’s service she arrived at my house when I was in the middle of a Parkinson crisis. She took care of my needs in a special way. Following my instructions. She provided medication two separate times to help me feel better. Breakfast was delicious. She also made eggs for my husband and helped me with special details like wiping down all my artificial flowers. Followed my instructions with shampoo, dressing, and even putting sunblock on to take me on a walk. I thank you very much for your help and I hope to see her again.

Right at Home in Plant City is amazing. They are taking great care of my mother. Kay is great with my mom, she is loving and careful with her. The office is always calling to keep me updated and are so polite and friendly. I would recommend them for all their services.

Lisa Harrison is an outstanding Operations Supervisor at right at home. She does a great job at addressing issues at a timely manner. I know that I can rely on her for anything at any moment. Having her in the office makes my job a lot easier.

I really love the care and attention that is given in selecting the caretaker for my mom. I feel like they take into consideration her medical status her personality and her needs before sending someone over. The staff is responsive and attentive and respectful of family's concerns. They listened and respond promptly. Working with Lisa and her team has always been a family oriented type communication. Since putting our mom in a nursing home is not an option Lisa and her team have made us feel that we can rely on their services forever!
