I never thought I'd be in this position. My wife of 47 years has dementia, and for a long time I thought I could handle everything myself. That's what you do — you take care of the person you love. But the truth is, I was drowning. I wasn't sleeping. I was afraid to leave the house. And I wasn't doing right by her the way I wanted to. A friend told me to call Right at Home Spartanburg, and it was the best phone call I ever made. Jen didn't try to sell me anything. She just listened, and then she helped me figure out what we actually needed. The caregiver they sent us is someone I trust completely — she's gentle with my wife, she knows how to redirect her when she gets confused, and she treats her with the kind of dignity my wife deserves. My wife is still home. That's what she always wanted, and that's what I promised her. I couldn't have kept that promise without this team.

I can't say enough good things about Right at Home. When my mom Vicki needed in-home care, our family was overwhelmed and didn't know where to turn. Jennifer was the first person we spoke with, and she immediately put us at ease. She took the time to really listen to what Mom needed, answered every one of our questions, and put together a care plan that fit her perfectly. The caregivers have been absolutely wonderful. They treat Mom with so much patience, kindness, and respect — like she's one of their own family members. They show up on time, they're attentive, and they go above and beyond every single shift. Whether it's helping with daily routines, keeping her company, or just making sure she's safe and comfortable, they handle it all with a smile. It's such a relief knowing Mom is in good hands when I can't be there. Jennifer and the whole team have made a stressful situation so much easier, and Mom genuinely looks forward to seeing her caregivers. Jennifer and her staff at Right at Home are truly a blessing! From the very first conversation, we could tell how much they genuinely care about the people they serve. We spoke with several other home care companies in the Spartanburg area, but none compared to the compassion, warmth, and attention to detail that Jennifer and her team provide. They’ve cared for our dad as if he were their own family, and that means the world to us. We are so grateful to have found such an incredible group of people. They’ve made a difficult time so much easier with their kindness and support. I can’t recommend them enough!!
