My heart goes out to the great staff and care provided by Right at Home. Thank you Renee for taking such good care of our mom. It was so great to see her smile when your caregivers would come in to her home. They all did a wonderful job and made our time with her so precious!

From the very beginning before we even knew we needed the services of Right at Home they were there to help us in the journey of my father passing away. Then as time progressed and we did need their services they were the best in every way. From the people who interviewed us to the people who carried out the services for my father all were excellent. I would highly recommend Right at Home and would suggest talking to them even if you are not sure if you need their services.

We have been using Right at Home Caregivers for about a year and a half for my mother who has Parkinson's. I have been very pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of caregivers they have found for my mom. She loves her caregivers and they have become like family members for her. I can highly recommend Right at Home.

My mother is currently 94 yrs old with Parkingson's and requires 24 hr care. When our old agency suddenly went bankrupt and only gave us 2 days notice, Right at Home was able to immediately step in and provide complete coverage. Leslie Coleman was particularly helpful in expediting the paperwork. I recall her emailing me contracts and talking to me on the phone at 10 pm on a Saturday so we could start the next morning. This was not a straightforward transfer! It was complicated because we had an unusual "live-in care" set up (only 2 caretakers split the week vs hourly shifts). They agreed to continue this arrangement at the same rate. We had to initially fill-in with hourly for a week or so (no issues), but they quickly recruited people who were willing to stay 3-4 days straight. Not an easy task! We now have two wonderful caretakers, who are not only willing to "do the time" but are highly skilled, loving and caring. When recruiting, they took into account my Mom's personality to find the best possible fit and it is working great. Everyone, particularly my Mom, is happy. I highly recommend Right at Home in SC!

The team at Right At Home are awesome! I’m a coordinator at a local retirement community and I frequently call on Tiffaney and Alicia to supplement my staffing needs. They have a wide pool of friendly, patient, and dedicated staff that my residents enjoy. The staff has a quick response time and are willing to meet you where you are to address your needs and concerns. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing assistance with their loved ones!
