very judgmental , even if you’re having car troubles and dealing with a special needs kid but still take the time and money to still make it on time they’ll turn you around. there’s people in their that aren’t up to par but they still choose to judge and not hire you because you have on slippers and haven’t received your hard copy id/dl.

The communication for updates on any schedule changes was excellent. Whenever a caregiver cancelled, the office representative/coordinator promptly notified me and followed up with me on their progress in refilling the shift. I really felt that the staffing coordinator really cared and were professional in their communication. With the shortage of qualified caregivers all over the country, this makes it a very tough industry. I am grateful for their service over the past 1 1/2 years with my father. It takes a special person to be a caregiver and also those who serve in leadership roles/coordinators of caregivers. I think it could be discouraging to be the one who coordinates/monitors the staffing of caregivers, but they always demonstrated kindness, patience and resilience throughout the process.

Misty L. Has taken care of my dad a few hours the past 2 days and she has exceeded any expectations I had. She is kind, professional and all around great at her job. She had provided the best care for my father, she’s also helped my mother with tasks around the home that have been neglected since my father has been home on hospice.
