Right At Home has been great to work with at a challenging time for my family. We needed to add help quickly and Shannon got it done. They are responsive and give great personal care. They're organized, responsive and compassionate. Highly recommended!

I've been impressed with the team at Right At Home. They truly live the philosophy of improving the quality of life for the people and community they serve. They not only provide compassionate care but they also help individuals and families connect and navigate through other services and processes beyond their scope to ensure that they get the best care possible. As advocates, the team at Right At Home is engaged in the community and continually draws awareness to the needs of seniors and adults with disabilities.

I am in the process of changing home health agencies from Right At Home. I have been through caregiver after caregiver. YES, I am picky about his care. Quite a few have been no call no shows or running late which leaves us stranded. The younger ones stay on their phones, text or play games at least a quarter of their shift, go out to their cars to get stuff multiple times and have even eaten their lunch inthrir car during their 4 hour shif leaving me to take care of my husband. I had one clock in from their car in the road 15 minutes before they came to the door, one tell me she doesn't get paid enough, and the list goes on and on. Care plans have been deleted. I have had unknown caregivers show up at my front door with no prior notification and did 90% of the work showing them what to do. My husband is 100% total care, needs a hoyer to be transferred to a chair, fed and bathed. They have sent me people with no hoyer experience or have only used one once. I did have several very good ones, but unfortunately they left for better paying jobs. Don't believe all the wonderful reviews you read.

Her caregivers are dependable and professional. She enjoys their company and appreciates their patience with her and their quick responses to her requests. They are willing to go the extra mile when special needs arise. We highly recommend Right at Home
