As a current caregiver at Right at home, I have been treated more like a family than a staff ! Great clients, Great HR communication, Great bonus rewards for working tasks. It's all been love since the first day onboarding.

My mom, who is in memory care and 90 years old, was able to attend her granddaughter's wedding an hour away thanks to Right at Home and their amazing caretaker Brian! Brian met us at the venue (although he could have driven her there as well), attended the ceremony and dinner with us and drove mom home when she got tired so that the rest of us could enjoy the remainder of the reception. Brian was so kind to all of us, and was super sweet to my mom. He was attentive to her without hovering. He figured out her personality pretty quickly and interacted with her human to human, as opposed to a more traditional caretaking role. This was very much preferred by my mom! He's also a nice person to talk to, and to have as a guest at a family event! Everybody won that night! My niece had a beautiful wedding, her grandmother was able to attend and we got to dance the night away rather than have to leave early to take her home!

When we decided to shift to Hospice at home, we needed 24/7 care on short notice that ended up lasting months longer than expected. R@H partnered with us to provide caregivers who were thoughtful, helpful and made the process so much less painful. Working with R@H rather than hiring individual caregivers meant that they managed any absences or sick caregivers, particularly on short notice, so there was no gaps in coverage, significantly reducing our stress during a very stressful period. Thanks R@H.

If I could give more than five stars I would. The team at Right at Home helped our family when were were at a low point. Our 83 year old mother who had been fighting cancer for 2.5 years took an abrupt turn for the worse and then chose to enter hospice care. What I learned from the experience is that...as prepared as we thought we were...you are never prepared. We needed a ton of hand holding for the process. After a week at a facility, we decided to move her home knowing she would need 24 hour care. We called Right at Home and they helped shepherd us through the process. They made enrolling in their services seamless. We gave them ONE day to set a schedule of caregivers for what we thought was inherently going to be a short engagement...and they executed perfectly. As it turned out, it wasn't as short as expected since our mother held on for 3 months. That meant scheduling 2 caregivers a day for 12 hour shifts. When we found certain caregivers we felt "vibed" with our mother better they paid special attention to getting them on the schedule more prominently. However, there wasn't a single caregiver that we didn't feel entirely comfortable with and I suspect that is a product of good leadership, training and selective hiring. The communication between RAH and us was always effortless. When we had a question we could always get someone on the phone and we felt they were attentive to all of our matters. I can't recommend them enough.

Right at Home, Heather the franchise owner, and all the staff we’re excellent In caring for my mother. What I really liked was the replacement even at the last minute of a caregiver. They have a system that if your caregiver is sick or can’t come to work at the last minute, they will send another person. If a home health care worker can not get there then someone from the office will take the shift. This was extremely important for us as my mother had Alzheimer’s and could not be left alone. Before using right at home we used another agency and some private healthcare workers we paid independently. It felt like if someone called in sick it was my job to find a replacement and that became impossible. So I hired right at home and they took over.If my mother didn’t like a caregiver they were very flexible and sent another. I highly recommend them.
