An aide picked up $20 that I dropped in a parking lot today while she was with a client. I gave the client she was with $10 because he didn't have enough money to get his coffee. I was behind them and gave him the money as they were putting his things in the vehicle. I dropped my money as I was walking back into the store because I left my keys. When I cane out she was chasing the money. I looked and realized it was my 20 but she put it in her pocket. She didn't know if that was all the money I had. Thankfully it wasn't, but that's not the point. I'd expect someone in her profession to be honest. Makes me wonder. We use home health and after this incident I would never use this agency. Not just because she wasn't honest but when I called to report it the gentleman was not concerned at all asked for not information or even to offer an apology.

I’m not sure where to begin with Right At Home care, but all I can is WOW!! We had an immediate need for care for my dad and with the help of my Uncle, Tom Arnold, he got in touch with Sandra which lead us to Karl. On a Saturday evening, they all came to my parents house for paperwork and introductions then the fabulous care began and is still on going. I know it is only for a small period of time, but the care and love my dad, actually both parents, have received makes my heart so happy. Sandra is so so kind and accommodating and well Karl, he is an absolute angel to our family!!! Thank you Right At Home!!

This company belittles staff with mental health issues to the point she wanted to harm herself, then discontinued care with a client that was attached to my friend, if you care about your loved ones don’t go with this company I hope the equal employment rights of state take care of this circus of a company

This company is a joke.. They are very unprofessional, rude to their clients. They have left my daughter hanging with no one to take care of her several days. Saying they have no workers to send out to her house. They send people who are not qualified to use the equipment needed to help my daughter, her friend has had to teach the aids on use of the equipment. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants their family member to be taken care of they way they should be.
