This review is for the office staff of Right at Home in Pottstown (Kate, Jean, and scheduling staff). Jean was very helpful from my first call, addressing all of my questions and making me more comfortable with how their services work. On the day my mother was scheduled to be transferred home from rehab, they went out of their way to rearrange Kate's schedule so that she could come to the house and meet my mom and me as soon as possible after coming home. Kate was very professional and personable, and addressed all of our questions. As it turned out, our needs changed quickly, so I am unable to comment on the staff who come to the home to provide help.

Amber has been with us for 6 months. She meets all of our requirements for reliability, honesty, pleasantness and ease of working together. But on top of this. Amber meets every request with a smile and “Sure, no problem!” She also is sensitive to our needs for privacy. She loves our big “scary” dog and this is also a great plus! It’s challenging to have someone in your home every day but Amber was very careful with boundaries and made the whole experience a pleasure!

I wasn't sure where to start when contacting home health agencies for my mom but I came across Right at Home of Lansdale and I am so happy I did. Katie S met me and my mom and she was a literal godsend. She was caring, compassionate, and informative. They have been so helpful with our home health journey and I'd be lost without them.

I am so happy with this organization! I spoke to Jean and scheduled an appointment. Kate came out and and spoke to my mom and me. My guilt was eliminated as Kate explained it is ok to be the "daughter" and not the "caregiver". Our actual caregiver is WONDERFUL. My mom loves her. I will recommend this company to everyone!
