Be very careful Hiring this company to watch over your loved ones. The previous owner that just retired was highly respectable and professional. Unfortunately when the Kingwood agency was purchased the new owner is clearly out of her league in regards to running this agency as she is definitely not professional. Since the change of ownership you are guaranteed that the Home Health aids will not show up for their scheduled shifts. When you call the office to ask for coverage for the aid that called out, expect the manager to tell you they are trying to find someone to cover. But then no one shows up at all. The aids that are sent are not register CNA's. They are Home Health aids that are not certified. The company provides the Home Health aids a video to watch and then they are placed into the field without training or supervision. If something should happen to your loved one because the Home Health aids did not follow through with the patients needs, you are guaranteed nothing but excuses from the owner. This owner and her management team Will Not and Does Not take any responsibilty for their employees or their company. The company Right at Home in Kingwood, TX. Will Not make you feel Right at Home, but they will defintely make you feel Left Alone!

The new owner of the Right at Home agency Kingwood, TX clearly does not want any negativity when it comes down to holding her aids accountable. Especially when APS (Adult Protective Services) starts an investigation into finding out why their home health aids who were providing in home services daily weren’t thorough in the process of taking care of the patient they were responsible to provide care. The owner without hesitation dropped all the provided services to the client on the same day she found out APS (Adult Productive Services ) was conducting an investigation. The New Owners Actions speak louder than Words!.

Our family will always be grateful for the care that the Right at Home staff gave to my husband, father of four. Each care giver worked with him as if he was there own relative. At first he knew each of them and could call them by name, but soon he was not able to recognize them. As long as he could smile, he gave each of them one. Even at the end he seemed comforted by their presence and acts of caring. Five stars is not enough.

We had an excellent experience with Jim and Brenda at Right at Home. Their compassionate and skilled team (Dee, Vanessa, Amber) went above and beyond to care for our mother Charlene. The quality of service was exceptional, making a difficult time much more manageable. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of home healthcare.

Mom and I were so thankful for the caregivers from ‘Right At Home’ who came and stayed with her overnight during two weeks of recovery from a hip replacement surgery. They provided laughter & support & service with joy. Thank you for being there. I also want to thank Jim & Brenda Royal for what wonderful managers they are. Thanks for getting a team together so quickly! They were also heroes in helping us manage my father’s care when he suffered with vascular dementia. ❤️
