Had services for my grandmother that ended pretty quickly. Caregivers NEVER show up. We had one that did she was over 40 minutes late and she smelled like marijuana it was so gross. All the caregiver did was watch me do everything. Office staff tries to act “concerned” but offer no solutions to have a caregiver actually come. They like to lie and give hope that they are looking to find someone thats a caregiver. My grandmother never received the care that she deserved. 10/10 do not recommend if you care about your loved one go somewhere else.
