I don’t even want to leave a star. But I called to talk about employment and was told I was a waste of time and got hung up on. I then called the Cedar Rapids office and they felt so bad and that was not okay! They told me they have had other complaints about the same man. They gave me corporates number and I called and talked about it with them. They want caregivers to treat their clients with respect, kindness and dignity and that man can’t even do that himself. Shame on you!

I cannot say enough good about right at home! From the moment we contacted them, their team was professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to ensuring the well-being of my loved one. The caregivers are not only highly skilled but also kind and patient, treating our family member with the utmost respect and dignity. They worked closely with us to create a personalized care plan that addressed all of our needs and preferences. Whether it was assistance with daily tasks, medication management, or simply providing companionship, they were always there with a smile and a helping hand. The communication with the Zach was excellent. He provided regular updates and he was always available to answer our questions or address any concerns. It gave us such peace of mind knowing that our loved one was in such capable and caring hands. The flexibility of their services is also worth mentioning. They were able to accommodate our changing schedule and needs without any hassle. It was clear that their priority was the comfort and happiness of their clients. I wholeheartedly give Right at Home 5 stars. They have made a significant positive impact on our lives, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care they have provided. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, and top-notch at home care.
